Language of Human Movement

Learn to appreciate the body and all it can do.

Describing what goes on in the body is hard enough without the complexity of skateboarding. Luckily we now have a language for movement and mobility.

Physical Therapy brings understanding of joint, and strength training gave us names for athletic movements. We need words like “Lunge, Torque, Hip Extension, and Deadlift” to understand how the body works.

The first 3 will help you understand speed.
