We Have Much Time

Whatever you thought age was, we’ll reverse it in 20 minutes. You might wonder, “Where did it go? My old age was right here just now.”

Bodies fall apart not from age but from neglect. Age only matters if we buy into the idea, which most people do. Around age 25, skaters are often convinced they are old. Other people start calling them old. Then they might finally see at 50 that oldness was a lie the whole time.

Life sounds hard staying young, because young people are capable of so much. Old people get to sit out, but that leads to heart problems. Keep the heart healthy.

At some point, every skater feels “the deep human energy begins to ebb”. I remember being 25 and feeling like time was running out. My coach told me that all elite athletes peak around 27 to 32, then start losing speed and power. I believed him at the time, but he was wrong. Most people follow his path, but only by choice.

Years later I asked my favorite new coach, “What age can we maintain top speed till?” They answered, “There is no definite age”. Thanks for the hope and mystery.

We have time and enough of it. Take a breath and slow down. The way to buy time is posture.

To reverse the aging process

Simply build new connective tissue (No 1 easy hack right here). People lose connective tissue around age 25, it starts to decline. Our tendons, ligaments, and bones become weaker. That is a fate easy to dodge.

Take collagen every day with Vitamin C. Without Vit C we can’t absorb the Collagen. Collagen is the building block for your At age 25 collagen levels start to decline. Our joints age faster at that point. Keep joint integrity.

Right time to be an older skater

Better understanding aging, we don’t have to worry about suddenly losing our abilities.

Efficiency of movement

Kids can get away with sloppy movement, not from the dire consequences of it. They have energy to waste. With this work you’ll find the agility that kids take for granted. Efficiency of movement has to do with light feet.
