1. Bloodflow Resistance Training

Safe for kids age 12+

BFR is a perfect example of training smart not training hard. People spend months training without results. Feel lighter, more power in 5 min.

99.9% of athletes don’t know what BFR is or why pros use it. Care for all the leg parts that skaters neglect. Each little part helps us.

You could call BFR a scientific breakthough for lazy athletes and kids. Free, easy, and builds new connective tissue around joints.

New connective tissue is the only way to stabilize ankles, knees, hips. Most skaters lose connective tissue each year.

Reverse the aging process for 30 joints in your body, it will thank you dearly. The only other option is, lift heavy weights. With BFR we avoid bulking up and avoid soreness.

Not many Physical Therapists used BRF 20 years ago. It’s now common practice in PT due to results and its versatility. Pro skaters use it for 100 different things.

It takes time to find the right tightness, which feels like weight training. This is about a 7/10 stretch on the band. If you wrap too tight, your body will give signs like pins and needles. Too loose and you won’t feel much. Remove band and try again.

Advise caution to those with varicose veins, Deep Vein Thrombosis, or on blood thinners.

2. Voodoo Flossing

BFR’s cousin Voodoo Flossing feels like we’re gifted a new ankle, knee, hip, or wrist in 3 minutes. They break up scar tissue and are versatile.

Simply wrap a knee or ankle tight, then move the joint around. Squats are a great way to improve your jump while breaking up scar tissue.

Tissues will feel like layers of silk gliding over steel springs.
